JX-04-27 is a heat stabilizer/lubricant system based on basic lead sulphate, specifically developed for low filled rigid PVC extrusion. JX-04-27 has excellent heat stability. The type of lubricants are chosen in such a way to allow good fusion and impart a smooth bore finish to the final product, together with a glossy finish. JX-04-27 is particularly suitable for pressure pipe but also gives excellent performance in non-pressure pipe, conduit, multi layer pipe and general profiles. It imparts flexibility to the whole system whereby it absorbs most effects resulting from changes in filler or pigment quality, resulting in a finished product of excellent quality.

ADDITION RATE
The suggested usage level of JX-04-27 is between 1.8 and 2.5 phr, depending on the total dry blending formulation and machine conditions. The mixing temperatures of between 110℃ and 130℃ are recommended.
